MY END TO END

Design process 🌟

Understand the problem 💭

Create empathy for the user. Establishing the core stakeholder group, working towards understanding the key user pains. This stage includes pre-research activities, generative discovery interviews, and
consolidating findings into an insights repository.

Strategy and ideation 💡

The purpose of this stage is to define the customer experience North Star of the project. Activities include vision workshop, idea generation exercises,
brainstorming and possible solution exploration. 

Design, test, repeat 🎨

Running a 5-day power design sprint. The expected outcome and deliverables of this stage are:

personas/archetypes, user journey maps, sketches and wireframes, viability diagram, prioritized list of functionality, high fidelity prototypes to usability test and reiterate.

Delivery and beyond 🎈

This is when technical specifications are handed over to development. I facilitate creating test scripts to carry out user acceptance testing (UAT) and evaluate the solution performance in a post-launch assessment analysis. I will use the findings to inform the future roadmap of the product.
